This Plot Charter is the operating agreement for the LUXURIOUS GLOBAL (OPC) storefront. It governs every visit, vault login, and purchase of HSN 1209 sowing-grade seed packets (vegetable, flower, herb, spice, forage, and fruit-seed lots intended for planting). Using the site, creating an account, or completing checkout means you accept these clauses.
Who keeps the glasshouse
LUXURIOUS GLOBAL (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED trades as LUXURIOUS GLOBAL (OPC). What you may buy
The catalogue shows sowing packets only. Photography is a typical view of seed and pouch; colour, lot size, and germination windows can shift with season and region. Prices are in Indian Rupees and match the pack shown on each card. Off-peak windows may thin stock. Declared weights follow ordinary market tolerances for sowing-grade seed.
Who may check out
Checkout needs an email-verified vault. Buyers must be 18 or older, or a parent/guardian must complete the order. We may refuse orders that look unlawful or outside personal/agricultural use.
How payment locks
- An order is locked when prepaid funds clear or Cash on Delivery is accepted on screen.
- UPI, cards, net banking, and COD (where the pin is serviceable) may appear at the lantern.
- Any COD courier add-on is shown before you confirm.
Living stock, not produce
Seed is living inventory. Germination depends on storage, method, and climate. We ship in moisture-barrier pouches and do not promise identical sprout rates for every garden or season.
Law
Indian law applies. Courts with jurisdiction over the merchant’s principal place of business hear disputes.
