The Light & Shadow Notice explains how LUXURIOUS GLOBAL (OPC) treats personal data when you open a vault, place a seed order, or write to the night desk. We collect only what the storefront needs to run.
What we hold
- Vault data: name, email, verification state.
- Dispatch data: address, phone, basket contents, payment mode.
- Desk notes: messages from contact forms, track requests, or email.
- Session traces: browser, device, and identifiers required to keep the glasshouse secure.
Why we hold it
We use this information to verify accounts, pack and courier seed, answer support, stop fraud, and keep the catalogue usable. We do not sell personal data to marketing lists.
How long, and your choices
Records stay as long as law, accounting, and open-order care require. You may ask for access, correction, or deletion, subject to those duties. Vault closure requests go to the night desk.
Processors
Payment gateways, email OTP, and courier partners receive only the fields they need to complete their task.
